The course is divided into 3 modules that will introduce you to the practice of self-observation and presence in relationship to:
Your Breath
Your Body
Your Emotions
The course also provides guidance on the basics of where and when to practice, how to sit and dispels some common myths about mindfulness meditation practice.
An Unbranded Meditation Method
The course draws upon the shared teachings and practices of numerous wisdom cultures. It is non-sectarian in its approach, favoring no brand of religious or spiritual doctrine.
